The photographer agrees to have the personnel required by this contract at the place and time specified below, ready to perform the services agreed to, unless delay is caused by circumstances beyond his control.  All attempts to arrive prior to the specified time(s) will be made. 

The photographer further agrees to provide all photographs and other products or services requested within sixty (60) days after the date of service, unless other mutually agreeable arrangements are made.  Photographer further agrees to make additional prints and other products available to clients for purchase.  Prices for additional products are set according to the photographer’s price list in effect at time of ordering.  Current prices are attached to this contract. 

The photographer agrees to keep all film, negatives and/or digital files from this assignment for a minimum of five (5) years following the wedding date in a commercially acceptable safe manner.  In the rare unforeseeable event that these materials are destroyed or damaged beyond use, the photographer shall not be held liable for damages.  No other terms or conditions apply to this contract unless agreed to in writing by photographer and clients.
