Bill O’Connell has been taking pictures since the age of seven.
He has held sales and operations positions in industry, but always returned to photography- first as a hobby, then as a vocation. He opened a part time photography business, Eclectic Images, in Vestal, NY, in 1999. In 2006, he relocated to Owego, NY, changed the name of the business to Bill O’Connell Photography and began to work at his passion for photography full time, thanks to the encouragement and assistance of his new bride, Patti.

Using Canon equipment for both digital and film assignments, we work in color or black & white, in available light or with our own powerful strobe lighting.
